Delamere Vineyards are thrilled to announce a very special collaboration with Terrace Restaurant on Wednesday 17th October.
Terrace head chef, Chris Wright and his team will create a 5-course degustation meal accompanied by wines from our very own Delamere Vineyard stable. The menu has been beautifully designed to compliment the terroir and winemaking process’ that make Delamere so special to the region.
Throughout the dinner Delamere co-owners and winemakers, Shane Holloway and Fran Austin, will talk about their journey in the wine world. Hear how they came to be crafting world-class wines that are contributing to Tasmania’s recognition as the southern hemisphere’s most exceptional wine growing region.
We are very excited to see their wines be paired so creatively with some of Tasmania’s finest produce, showcasing not just their quality, but their versatility as well.
